If you do not care for yourself, then who will?  Your body works tirelessly to serve you day in and out, and it is only fitting (and necessary!) that you honor your body with personal care.
There are many ways to care for your body, through meditation, to vacation, to massage, to spiritual experiences.  The way you care isn’t important, just the very act of doing it is!
For some, the concept of personal care is foreign and daunting.  How can you care for yourself if you have no idea what that looks like?  Here are some ideas:

Improving the ambiance of your living space with candles or salt lamps
Getting a salt scrub or a mud bath (both which are excellent for your skin)
Cleansing with a colon detox or nasal rinsing (try using a neti pot)

For the health conscious person, it can be daunting to try and find personal care products that don’t have a whole host of synthetic chemicals.  Or, you seek to use sustainably produced, responsibly sourced products, but have no idea how to know who buys what where.  For the seeker, take heart as these products are available!
